Step 2: In a small bowl, place the brown sugar and salad dressing mix. Mix well until combined.
Step 3: In the sugar mixture, dredge the chicken, then lay the chicken in a 13 x 9-inch baking pan. On top, sprinkle any leftover sugar mixture.
Step 4: Place in the preheated oven and bake for about 45 to 60 minutes, basting often with the juice that forms in the pan.
