Are you looking for a delicious, healthy treat? These Baked Apples are a must-try! Fresh apples stuffed with a mixture of oats, coconut sugar, and cinnamon. This is surely one of the ultimate healthy treats you can make!

I am a big fan of desserts, especially those on the healthy side. I have made these baked apples so many times, I already lost count! Not only that these are delicious, but they also smell amazing! For this recipe, I prefer to use sweet and tangy apples with crispy skin. It guarantees that they will not break when baked.

This treat is incredibly easy to put together and ready in just minutes. Whenever I make these baked apples, it’s a guarantee that there will be no leftovers. These baked apples are not just a tasty, fun dessert, but also great to serve for breakfast. A healthy alternative to the usual desserts. I even bring these baked apples to potlucks. For another layer of flavor and to sweeten the apples up, drizzle them with a simple homemade glaze on top. Although we rarely do this it’s a must! Pretty sure everyone will be raving about these decadent baked apples!
