How to make Baked Caesar Chicken
Step 1: Prepare the oven. Preheat it to 375 degrees F. Using cooking spray, grease the inside of an 8 x 11-inch baking dish.
Step 2: If using chicken breasts with irregular thickness, place them in a ziplock bag and onto a flat surface. Using a meat pounder, pound them to an even 3/4 – 1-inch thickness.
Step 3: Sprinkle the entire breasts with grated Parmesan cheese and freshly ground black pepper, then arrange the chicken breasts in the greased baking dish.
Step 4: In a small bowl, place the Caesar dressing and sour cream. Mix well until blended, then pour this over each breast. On top, sprinkle the grated Parmesan cheese.
Step 5: Place in the preheated oven and bake for about half an hour.
Step 6: Then, set the oven to broil for 2 to 4 minutes until the breasts are golden brown. The chicken is done when the internal temperature of the thickest part reaches 165 degrees F.
Step 7: Take the dish out of the oven when done. Using foil, loosely cover the dish and let the chicken rest for about 5 to 10 minutes.
Step 8: Serve the Baked Caesar Chicken garnished with some chopped parsley. Enjoy!
