BEEFY KING RANCH CASSEROLE: One Of The Best Casseroles Around

This beefy king ranch casserole is simply delicious! It is a very satisfying meal packed with tortilla chips, Rotel, meat, and tons of cheese. This casserole is incredibly easy to pull together and ready in a snap! Ingredients

1 pound lean ground beef

1 (10.5-ounce) can cream of mushroom soup

1 (10.5-ounce) can cream of chicken soup

2 tablespoons dried minced onion flakes

1 (1-ounce) package of taco seasoning

⅔ c. water

1 (10-ounce) can Rotel tomatoes

1 (8-ounce) jar Cheez Whiz

dash Tabasco

dash Lea & Perrins Worcestershire Sauce

2 c. shredded cheddar cheese

1 c. shredded mozzarella

Salt and pepper to taste

HOW TO MAKE BEEFY KING RANCH CASSEROLE

Prep Time: 15 mins | Cook Time: 35 mins | Total Time: 50 mins | Yield: 8 people

Step 1: Prepare the oven. Preheat it to 350 degrees F. Using cooking spray, grease a 9 x 13-inch baking pan and set aside.

Step 2: In a large skillet, cook the ground beef until browned. Then, drain the excess grease. To the ground beef, stir in the taco seasoning and water. Let this simmer for about 5 to 10 minutes or until the water is almost fully absorbed.

Step 3: In a saucepan over medium heat, whisk the soups, onions, tomatoes, Cheez Whiz Tabasco, Worcestershire Sauce, and tomato until well combined. To taste, season with salt and pepper. Set aside for now.

Step 4: Using enough crushed tortilla chips, cover the bottom of the casserole. Over the chips, spread half of the tomato meat and pour half of the Rotel mixture on top. Then, sprinkle with half of the cheddar cheese. Repeat the layers with the rest of the cheddar cheese and all the mozzarella.

Step 5: Place in the preheated oven and bake for about 35 to 45 minutes or until the casserole is bubbly.
