½ c. butter, softened
2 teaspoons vanilla
1 c. brown sugar, packed
2¾ c. Bisquick baking mix
½ c. nuts, chopped, if desired (optional)
1 c. semi-sweet chocolate chips (6 ounces)
HOW TO MAKE BISQUICK CHOCOLATE CHIP COOKIES
Step 1: Prepare the oven. Preheat it to 375 degrees F.
Step 2: Place the butter, sugar, vanilla, and egg. Stir in Bisquick mix, chocolate chips, and nuts in a large bowl. Mix well until combined.
Step 3: Onto an ungreased cookie sheet, drop the dough by teaspoonfuls, about 2 inches apart. Then, slightly flatten each dough.
Step 4: Place in the preheated oven and bake for about 8 to 10 minutes or until the cookies are golden brown.
Step 5: Take the cookie sheet out of the oven when done and transfer it to a cooling rack.
