Ingredients
3 cloves garlic, minced
15 ounces center cut boneless pork chops (3 pork chops)
2 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
1 tbsp vegetable oil
1 tsp chopped Italian parsley – for garnish
salt
ground black pepper
Honey Sauce:
1/2 tsp apple cider vinegar
2 1/2 tbsp honey
2 tbsp warm water
3 dashes of cayenne pepper
1/4 tsp salt
How to make Boneless Pork Chops
Step 1: On both sides, season the pork chops with salt and ground black pepper.
Step 2: Whisk the Honey Garlic Sauce together until well blended.
Step 3: Into a hot cast-iron skillet (preferred) over high heat, add the vegetable oil and 1 tbsp butter. Once the butter has melted, add the pork chops and fry, undisturbed, for about 3 to 4 minutes per side until the surface turns brown. Flip and continue to cook the other side.
Step 4: To one side of the skillet, push the pork chops. Add the rest of the butter. Saute the garlic for about 10 seconds until light brown. Then, pour in the Honey Garlic Sauce and cook further until the sauce has thickened and turned amber brown.
Step 5: Over the pork chops, spoon the sauce. Turn the heat off and serve the boneless pork chops right away garnished with some parsley. Enjoy!
