Brown Sugar Dijon Pork Tenderloin

Make this delicious dinner with only a couple of simple ingredients! This brown sugar, Dijon pork tenderloin is one of my family’s favorite meals! The pork always turned out tender and juicy. And the sweet and savory glaze is to die for!

Easily make this Brown Sugar Dijon Pork Tenderloin any time for an easy and quick weeknight dinner. For a complete meal, serve this with your fave veggies and carbs. I love this with roasted veggies and mashed potatoes. This is also great to serve on any occasion!

Ingredients

1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil

1 ½ pound pork tenderloin

¼ c. brown sugar

salt and pepper, to season

2 tbsp Dijon mustard

Brown Sugar Dijon Dipping Sauce:

1 1/2 to 2 tbsp brown sugar

2 tbsp mayonnaise

2 tbsp Dijon mustard

How to make Brown Sugar Dijon Pork Tenderloin

Step 1: Prepare the oven. Preheat it to 400 degrees F.

Step 2: On both sides, season the pork tenderloin with salt and pepper. In a skillet, heat the oil over medium heat. Once hot, add the pork tenderloin and sear for about 2 minutes on each side until browned. Take off the heat when done.

Step 3: In an oven-proof pan, transfer the pork tenderloin and brush with Dijon mustard. Over the tenderloin, sprinkle the brown sugar, gently pressing using your fingers.

Step 4: Place in the preheated oven and bake for about 20 to 25 minutes, uncovered, until the internal temperature of the pork tenderloin reaches 145 degrees F. When done, take the pan out of the oven and allow the tenderloin to sit for about 3 to 5 minutes.

Step 5: Slice the tenderloin. If desired, serve with a Brown Sugar Dijon dipping.

To make the Brown Sugar Dijon dipping sauce: Whisk the Dijon mustard, mayonnaise, and brown sugar. Adjust the taste according to preference.
