Seriously easy and quick to make. This Cajun Salmon is one of the best fish recipes you’ll ever make! It’s packed with amazing flavors and ready in a cinch, making this the perfect dinner during busy weeknights.
Cajun seasoning is my favorite! I usually use store-bought Cajun seasoning, but you can use homemade. As for the salmon, I suggest using wild-caught salmon that are caught in oceans and rivers.
This dish is pretty awesome! It’s a must-try and for keeps. The salmon is pan-seared and covered in Cajun seasoning. The addition of the garlic-butter sauce makes this simple dish elegant enough to serve to guests. For a complete, filling meal, serve this Cajun Salmon with fresh salad, grains, pasta, or veggies.

HOW TO MAKE CAJUN SALMON
Step 1: Sprinkle the salmon fillets with salt, pepper, and Cajun seasoning.
Step 2: In a medium, non-stick skillet, heat the oil on medium heat. Once hot, add the salmon fillets, flesh-side down, and sear for about 5 minutes per side until cooked to your preferred doneness. Set the salmon fillets aside when done.
Step 3: Add 1 tbsp butter to the now-empty pan. Toss in the garlic and cook for about a minute. Pour in the wine and continue to cook for another 5 minutes until reduced by more than half.
Step 4: Then, add the rest of the butter, parsley, lemon juice, and a pinch of Cajun seasoning. Stir well and bring everything to a gentle simmer.
Step 5: To the pan, add the salmon back and continue to cook for additional 2 to 3 minutes.
