This Chicken Parmesan Casserole is a no-fuss. You can whip this up easily at any time. Unlike the real chicken Parmesan, this recipe takes a little effort to make. All you need are just a couple of simple ingredients. Adjust the ingredient to suit your needs. This homemade version of Chicken Parmesan is hard to miss. I use seasoned croutons in place of garlic croutons and it turned out super amazing!
This chicken Parmesan casserole is seriously mouthwatering! I like serving this alongside a bit of romaine lettuce with egg and blue cheese vinaigrette. But this is delectable with any salad. Even great on its own!

Ingredients
chicken breast
olive oil
minced garlic
red pepper flakes (or skip them if you do not prefer spicy)
1 jar of marinara sauce
Parmesan cheese
mozzarella cheese
croutons – I used Italian-seasoned
How to make Chicken Parmesan Casserole
Step 1: Slice the chicken into cubes.
Step 2: Drizzle olive oil into the bottom of a casserole dish, then add the minced garlic, and red pepper flakes.
Step 3: On top, pour the marinara sauce, covering the chicken. Sprinkle with a 2 to 1 mozzarella to Parmesan ratio.
Step 4: Arrange the crushed croutons on top.
Step 5: Do another layer of mozzarella and Parmesan.
Step 6: Place in the oven and bake for about 35 minutes at 350 degrees.
Step 7: Serve the Chicken Parmesan Casserole by itself or with Romaine lettuce with egg and blue cheese vinaigrette on the side. Enjoy!
