3/4 c. milk
3/4 c. old-fashioned rolled oats
1/2 c. sugar
3 tbsp unsalted butter, room temperature
1 unbaked pie shell
vanilla ice cream, optional
1 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
1/4 tsp salt

How to Make Classic Amish Oatmeal Pie
