Ingredients

8 tbsp butter

3 lbs pork loin roast

1 onion

4 cloves garlic

3 lbs red potatoes

3 tbsp ranch seasoning

How to make Crock Pot Ranch Pork Loin Roast and Potatoes

Step 1: Slice the potatoes in quarters, then the onions, and mince two garlic cloves. In a bowl, put everything.

Step 2: After melting 4 tbsp of butter, stir in the ranch seasoning.

Step 3: Over the potatoes, onions, and garlic, pour the ranch butter. Into the crockpot, transfer everything.

Step 4: In two tbsp ranch seasoning, coat the pork loin. In the crockpot, place the pork loin roast, fat-side down. On top, place the rest of the two minced garlic cloves along with 4 tbsp butter.

Step 5: Cover and set to cook for 6 to 8 hours on low until the internal temperature of the pork reaches 145 degrees F and the potatoes are fork tender.
