This is one of my favorite cabbage recipes. It’s super simple to make and crazy delicious! This is unlike any other pie. It’s a very unusual pie that you can make easily using just a couple of readily available ingredients.

Ingredients
3 eggs
2 c. of shredded Cabbage
3 tablespoons Mayonnaise
5 tablespoons (1/3 c.) Sour Cream
6 tablespoons Flour (for keto use 1/2 c. of almond flour)
2 teaspoons Baking powder
1 tablespoon Dill
1 teaspoon Salt
Sesame seeds (for sprinkling)
3 tablespoons green onion
Other good filling options for this pie:
1 c. of sliced green onion
3 boiled eggs, cut into small cubes
3-4 tablespoons melted butter
Salt, pepper, Vegeta
How to make Delicious Cabbage Pie
Step 1: Prepare the oven. Preheat it to 350 degrees F.
Step 2: In the meantime, thinly shred the cabbage. Toss in some salt, then knead using your hands for the juices to come out.
Step 3: Next, add the greens and mix again.
Step 4: Then, fluff the eggs.
Step 5: To the eggs, add the sour cream along with the mayo.
Step 6: Beat in the dry ingredients until well incorporated.
Step 7: Under and over the cabbage, pour the dough. Feel free to slightly mix it so the dough can go through the cabbage.
Step 8: On top, sprinkle the sesame seeds and chives.
Step 9: Place in the preheated oven and bake for about 30 minutes or until golden brown.
