Throw this easy Mongolian Ground Beef Noodles in under fifteen minutes and enjoy one of the best noodle dishes right at home!

Since I would be serving this with pasta, I omitted the cornstarch and water from the original recipe. The starch in the pasta will thicken the sauce without the addition of any other ingredients. Since I knew the noodles would soak up the sauce, I also increased the sauce to ensure there would be enough.

Ingredients
4 teaspoons minced ginger
6 cloves garlic, minced
1 pound lean ground beef
1/2 c. low sodium soy sauce
1/2 c. of beef broth
6 tablespoons hoisin sauce
1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
1/4 c. brown sugar
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1 12-oz. box of Linguine Noodles
Toasted Sesame Seeds for garnish
4 green onions, diced for garnish
How to make Easy Mongolian Ground Beef Noodles

Step 1: Cook the ground beef with ginger and garlic in a medium skillet with high sides until the beef is completely cooked. To break the meat into chunks, use the back of a wooden spoon. When done, drain any grease and place the pan back on the stovetop.
Step 2: In the meantime, cook the pasta noodles in a large pot with salted boiling water.
Step 3: In a small dish, place the rest of the ingredients (soy sauce, beef broth, brown sugar, red pepper flakes, pepper, and hoisin sauce). Mix well until blended, then pour this over the ground beef mixture.
Step 4: Saute for another 3 minutes to let the ground beef absorb the flavors.
Step 5: To the ground beef mixture, add the cooked noodles. Toss well and continue to cook for a few minutes more to let the sauce thicken.
Step 6: For the perfect noodle dish, garnish with some green onions and toasted sesame seeds.
Step 7: Serve and enjoy!
