6 cloves garlic, minced
1/4 c. olive oil
3 tablespoons vegan butter
juice of one lemon
1 c. cashew milk
salt, and pepper to taste
Vegan Parmesan Cheese (3 ingredients, 1 minute), prepared
How to make Lemon Pasta Sauce
Step 1: Heat vegan butter or olive oil in a pan or pot. Once hot, add the minced garlic and saute for about 2 minutes.
Step 2: Stir in your preferred amount of the prepared vegan Parmesan cheese and set aside some for the pasta topping.
Step 3: Next, pour in the cashew milk and lemon juice. To taste, season with salt and pepper. Continue to cook for additional 5 minutes.
Step 4: Serve the lemon pasta sauce over your fave pasta. Enjoy!
