One Bowl Fudgy Cocoa Brownies

These are the most delicious and easiest brownies you could ever make! All the ingredients are mixed in one bowl, thus making cleaning easy and quick. Bake the brownie batter until just set, and make sure to let it cool before slicing.

These bad boys are made with cocoa powder. For this recipe, there is no need to melt the chocolates or use box mixes.

These brownies are the best! Fudgy, moist, and super addictive! These wonderful brownies are made with just a couple of simple ingredients. My kids are obsessed with this treat, and I can say the same with all the people (family, friends, and colleagues) I shared this with!

INGREDIENTS

4 large eggs

1 c. (2 sticks) butter, melted and cooled

1 tbsp pure vanilla extract

1 1/2 c. granulated white sugar

1/2 c. dark brown sugar, packed

1 c. all-purpose flour

1 1/4 c. chocolate chips, divided

1 c. Dutch-processed or unsweetened cocoa powder

1 tsp kosher salt

How to make One Bowl Fudgy Cocoa Brownies

Step 1: Prepare the oven. Preheat it to 350 degrees F. Using butter or nonstick spray, grease a 9 x 13-inch baking pan. Using parchment paper, line the baking pan, leaving an overhang on the sides. Then, grease again and set aside.

Step 2: Place the melted butter, sugars, eggs, and vanilla in a large bowl. Mix well until smooth.

Step 3: Then, sift the flour, cocoa powder, and salt. Stir well until just mixed. Then, fold in a cup of chocolate chips.

Step 4: In the prepared pan, evenly spread the batter and sprinkle with the rest of the chocolate chips.

Step 5: Place in the preheated oven and bake for about 25 to 30 minutes or until just set.

Step 6: Take the brownies out of the oven when done and allow them to cool before slicing.
