Step 1: Prepare the oven. Preheat it to 400 degrees. Using a non-stick spray, grease a 9 x 13-inch baking dish.

Step 2: After washing the creamer potatoes, cut them in half and place the pieces in a sealable gallon-size baggie.

Step 3: Into the bag, add the oil, seasonings, pepper, and red pepper flakes. Close the bag and shake it to coat.

Step 4: Place the sausage and water in a large frying bag and cook on medium-high heat or until the sausages have browned and most of the liquid has evaporated.

Step 5: Set the sausage aside. Once cool enough, add them to the baggie.

Step 6: In a frying pan, melt the butter. Then, add the onions and garlic. Cook until the onions are tender. Allow the onions and garlic mixture to cool before adding it to the baggie. Close the bag and shake it to coat.

Step 7: To the baggie, add the green beans. Close and shake well.

Step 8: Into the prepared baking dish, empty the contents of the baggie. Tent the dish with foil and bake in the preheated oven for about 40 minutes or until the potatoes are tender.

Step 9: Serve right away. Enjoy!
