I love this customized omelet. It’s a fun, easy way to do away with the traditional omelet. The kids are also obsessed!

I enjoy this sheet pan omelet. This is not only super simple to throw together, but you can allow your kids or guests to add their favorite toppings. Making this one-pan wonder breakfast is as easy as devouring the entire thing!

This sheet pan omelet is packed with everything you love for breakfast; eggs, cheese, ham, bacon, sausage, and even veggies such as broccoli, onions, and bell peppers. This is a loaded breakfast that will surely become a regular on your rotation. A sheet pan breakfast that is perfect for entertaining.

Ingredients

½ cup 2% reduced-fat milk

large eggs

½ cup meat, cubed, such as ham, bacon, sausage, etc.

finely shredded cheddar cheese

bell peppers, onions, broccoli, etc.

salt, to taste

ground black pepper, to taste

How to make Sheet Pan Omelets

Step 1: Prepare the oven. Preheat it to 350 degrees. Using aluminum foil, line a 15 x 10 x 1-inch baking sheet and grease it with nonstick spray. Set aside.

Step 2: Place the eggs, milk, salt, and pepper in a medium bowl. Mix well until combined, then pour this into the lined and greased pan. On top, sprinkle your desired toppings.

Step 3: Place in the preheated oven and bake for about 20 minutes or until the eggs are set, the cheese has melted, and the veggies are tender.

Step 14: Remove from the oven when done and slice the omelets into 12 pieces. Enjoy!
