Ingredients
3 whole chicken breasts, boneless, skinless (about 1 lb)
1 1/2 c. water
1 1/4 c. Condensed Chicken Soup
2 packets of chicken gravy mix
1 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp paprika
1/2 c. sour cream
1/2 tsp kosher salt
1/4 tsp coarse ground black pepper
How to make Slow Cooker Chicken Breast with Gravy
Step 1: With garlic powder, black pepper, and salt, season the chicken breasts.
Step 2: Place the water, gravy packets, condensed chicken soup, garlic powder, salt, paprika, and pepper in a slow cooker. Mix well until smooth.
Step 3: To the slow cooker, add the chicken breasts, flipping to coat both sides.
Step 4: Put the lid on and set it to cook for 4 to 5 hours on low.
Step 5: Gently remove the chicken when done. As desired, shred or cut the chicken.
Step 6: Into the slow cooker, add the sour cream. Mix well until smooth. Serve the gravy over the chicken. Enjoy!
