4.5 lbs boneless country-style pork ribs
3/4 c. BBQ sauce (use your favorite)
2 cans of Dr. Pepper soda, divided
HOW TO MAKE SLOW COOKER DR. PEPPER BBQ RIBS
Step 1: In the bottom of a slow cooker, place the ribs. On top, pour 1 can of soda. Put the lid on and set it to cook on low for 7 hours or on high for 4 hours.
Step 2: Prepare the oven. Preheat it to 400 degrees.
Step 3: Using foil, line a cookie sheet, then put a wire rack on top.
Step 4: Whisk 3/4 c. BBQ sauce and half c. Dr. Pepper soda.
Step 5: On a rack, carefully transfer the ribs once done, then brush the tops with the sauce. Bake in the preheated oven for about 15 minutes. Flip after 15 minutes and brush the other side with the sauce. Continue baking for another 15 minutes.
Step 6: Serve the BBQ ribs with the rest of the sauce. Enjoy!
