Get these spicy pork noodles ready in ten minutes using just five simple ingredients! This is an amazing weeknight dinner to use any leftover pork tenderloin. If desired, you can also throw in some asparagus or green beans. This spicy pork noodle is a regular on our menu rotation, and we have this twice a week! That is how much we adore this noodle dish!
To make these savory, spicy pork noodles, all you need are pork tenderloin, brown sugar, chili garlic sauce, soy sauce, and ramen noodles. Before serving, we garnish this noodle dish with some green onions. These spicy pork noodles are super addictive! I have already tried using sliced-up pork tenderloin, leftover pork tenderloin, and even pork chops to make this dish, and it’s equally delicious!
I love to put extra chili garlic sauce because I want my noodles pretty spicy. But you are welcome to adjust the heat to your liking. Enjoy a sweet, spicy, and scrumptious dinner with these easy and quick spicy pork noodles!
Ingredients
1 tablespoon oil
1 (1 pound) pork tenderloin, thinly sliced
½ c. soy sauce
¼ c. brown sugar
2 (3 ounces) packages of ramen noodles, any flavor
green onions, sliced
1 to 2 tablespoons of chili garlic sauce
HOW TO MAKE SPICY PORK NOODLES
Step 1: In boiling water, cook the noodles (discarding the flavor packets) for about 3 minutes. Drain when done and set the cooked noodles aside.
Step 2: Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Once hot, add the pork tenderloin and sear until beginning to brown.
Step 3: To the skillet, add the brown sugar, soy sauce, and chili garlic sauce. Stir and let the mixture simmer for about 5 minutes.
Step 4: Then, toss in the cooked noodles.
Step 5: Before serving, sprinkle the spicy pork noodles with some green onions. Enjoy!
