INGREDIENTS

1 tbsp fresh minced garlic

2 tbsp olive oil

1 lb. ground beef

1 lb. ground pork

1 tsp smoked paprika

1/2 tsp chili powder

2 large eggs, lightly beaten

3/4 c. panko breadcrumbs

1/2 tsp salt

1/2 tsp black pepper

HOW TO MAKE THE BEST MEATBALLS

Step 1: Prepare the oven. Preheat it to 350 degrees F. Using aluminum foil, line two baking sheets, and set aside.

Step 2: Place the panko breadcrumbs, smoked paprika, chili powder, salt, and pepper in a large bowl. Mix well until blended.

Step 3: To the bowl with the dry ingredients, add the ground beef along with the ground pork, egg, olive oil, and garlic. Mix or knead the meat using your hands or spatula until completely combined with the dry ingredients.

Step 4: Scoop out the meat mixture using a 1 tsp cookie scoop and shape it with your hands, gently pressing the meat as you roll it into a ball for best results. Pinch any seams in the meatball closed, then roll it between your hands until the meatball is smooth.

Step 5: On the prepared baking sheet, place the meatballs, making sure they are not touching.

Step 6: Place in the preheated oven and bake for about 15 to 20 minutes or until the meatballs are completely cooked.

Step 7: Remove from the oven when done and serve the meatballs right away. Enjoy!

NOTE:

The meat can be swapped with an equal portion of any type of meat or any combination (of 2 lbs total of chicken, beef, pork, turkey, etc.)
