1/2 tsp paprika

2 green peppers, chopped

12 ounces Velveeta

1/2 tsp chili powder

Pinch of red pepper flakes (optional)

Salt & pepper to taste

How to make Philly Cheesesteak Casserole

Step 1: Prepare the oven. Preheat it to 350 degrees. Then, grease a 9 x 13-inch baking dish. Set aside.

Step 2: In a skillet, place the ground beef and season with garlic powder, Italian seasoning, paprika, and chili powder. Cook until the beef is brown. Drain the excess grease when done and set aside.

Step 3: Saute the peppers and onions in another large skillet on medium-high heat.

Step 4: In the meantime, cook 1 lb macaroni noodles according to the package directions.

Step 5: To the onions and peppers, add the ground beef mixture. On top, place the sliced Velveeta. Stir well until the cheese has melted and the mixture is smooth.

Step 6: In a large bowl, pour the cooked macaroni and pepper/beef mixture. Stir well until just mixed.

Step 7: Transfer the mixture to the prepared dish. Place in the preheated oven and bake for about 15 to 20 minutes.
